I'm a regular here, and I only have one complaint. Whomever the barista is who leaves a note on the drive-thru window saying "In the back room, be back in a moment," leaves customers waiting 20+ minutes at the window. This morning you lost at least 5 customers because we were all done waiting for whomever to be done in the "back room." My father went up there once, and the woman looked like she had been taking a nap.

I love this place and the ladies that work there are very friendly. My problem is the guy!! He's very rude, sarcastic and makes horrible coffee!
